Commercial Site - Landscape Renovation

PENN Outdoor Services completed a landscape renovation as envisioned by Jonathan Alderson Landscape Architects for BPG360. Based on prepared renderings, PENN removed all existing overgrown vegetation. Once removed, all planting beds were prepared and a new, seasonally colorful, plant palette installed. Additional interest was provided by adding metal bed edging and river rock.

Benefits:

  • Improved site visibility highlighting the historic nature of the building
  • Addition of multiple perennial varieties to a base plant palette, adding year around interest
  • Designed to utilize low maintenance, native plantings to reduce long-term costs
  • Uncluttered, aesthetically appealing design aided in supporting lease renewals and new tenant occupancy

Highlights:

  • Removed over 120 cubic yards of overgrown, unappealing foundation plantings
  • Installed over 1,000 assorted 1-gallon perennials and 275 shrubs to promote multi-season interest
  • Addition of 300 linear feet of metal edging, 50 cubic yards of mulch and 5 tons of river rock to provide further curb appeal
